APPRENTICES
Start your career your way.
Our apprenticeship program is designed around your learning style and your pace, with regular hands-on and visual learning opportunities in the salon.
After our apprentices assist in the salon for the first 90 days. We will then determine if it’s a good fit and schedule your technical to join the apprenticeship.
Our goal? Earn a day behind the chair within your first 90-120 days.
FRONT DESK: GUEST EXPERIENCE + MARKETINGBe the first and last impression of LBT.
Our guest experience team keeps the salon moving, creates an amazing experience, and helps our stylists succeed.
We are looking for a friendly and positive attitude, growth mindset, patience, problem solving skills and marketing experience.
$18 Hourly pay + retail commission bonus bi weekly
SALON MANAGERSLead the team. Build the culture. Help make LBT better.
Our managers are responsible for salon leadership, team development, problem solving, and creating an environment where our team can do their best work.
This role is for someone who knows how to lead—not just manage. You should be a strong communicator and team builder with a solid work ethic, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and bring out the best in others.
Managers also have opportunities to participate in continuing education, community events, and creative collaborations.
Our Salon Managers must have at least 5 years of experience behind the chair, a deep understanding of salon operations and salon management experience preferred.
