Covid - 19 Protocol
We require a credit card when scheduling appointments over the phone or online. This enables us to provide you contactless payments and to implement our 48 hour cancellation policy.
Here’s what we ask of you...
Reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick.
We require all guests to wear a mask throughout their time at Little Broken Things. Please choose a mask that loops around your ears so we can get to your hair. If you are getting color wear a mask you are ok with getting color on.
Upon arrival we will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer and ask that you sanitize your hands.
Please come to your appointment alone and with essential items only. Leave coats and bags at home if possible.
Ring the doorbell when you arrive and don’t come early to your appointment. We may ask you to wait outside until we are ready to take you due to current occupancy restrictions.
Here’s what you can expect from us...
We will be taking our temperatures daily, sanitizing our hands before and after each service and wearing gloves when at all possible.
All stylists will be wearing masks throughout your service.
To maintain social distancing, our stations will be 6 feet apart.
We will be following all CDC and DCEO guidelines on sanitation. Each station and all tools will be sanitized in between each appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk and at each stylists station.
We will not be serving our normal beverages during this time but we will have bottled water if you are thirsty. You are welcome to bring your own as long as it has a lid.
